Pollinating your squash blossoms by hand is very easy. Squash plants have two types of flowers: male and female. In order to hand-pollinate your female squash flowers, all you need to do is transfer some pollen from the male flower's anther onto the female flower's stigma.
Pollination squash flowers is best done in the morning, when high humidity helps to activate the pollen.
